It takes years of experience to effectively coordinate a wedding reception to assure your big day is everything it can be. A good DJ can make or break your guest’s experience.
Processes
You have a million other things to plan, coordinate, schedule and yes even stress about. We’ve made booking your DJ as easy as we possibly could. Below is an overview of the process you’ll experience with us from the time you book to the time we show up.
Quote & Book
Using our online instant quote generator you can pick your package and options and know exactly what you’ll be paying, instantly. Once you book online you simply print the custom contract generated, sign, and return to us with the stated deposit. Once we receive the contract and deposit your date is guaranteed.
Plan & Request
We’ll then set you up with a login to our online planning system where you’ll need to complete a planning and event time line forms. You can save your forms and come back any time to update. There is also an area to request songs before the reception including a do not play list. If you really want to get your guest involved you can send a link to them and they can even request their own music.
Review & Party
About two weeks prior to the wedding I like to review the planning and event time line forms to make sure we’re both on the same page and their are not final questions. Often this is a great time to clarify and special things going on throughout the night. Then it’s party time!

We have a music guarantee so as long as you request the song prior to your wedding we’ll have it to play. Without getting to technical I want you to understand what your getting from me from a sound equipment stand point. I use only the top of the line professional sound equipment and have an appropriate backup to this equipment just in case something were to go wrong.
